In September 2024, I had the privilege of being selected for Black Women Film's TIFF Takeover Cohort along with various other emerging and experienced filmmakers and media professionals.
This opportunity gave me the chance to experience TIFF with an Industry pass that included access to Premiere Screenings, talks from the filmmakers, discussions with industry veterans, and events catered to Black Canadian/Caribbean/African and American filmmakers.
